CNC turning job work
We produce CNC turned components and precision turned components on 12 CNC turning centres. Tell us the material, quantity and drawing, and we will quote for your part.
VMC machining and VMC job work
We run 2 vertical machining centres, a Jyoti MV 430 and an ACE MCV 300, for VMC machine work, VMC job work and CNC milling.
CNC job work and subcontract machining
Gayatri Industries began in 1994 as a job shop for subcontract machining. Today we take CNC machine job work and sub-contract manufacturing of custom machined parts to customer drawings, including CI castings, forgings and customer specific material.

What can I send for a quote?
Upload your drawing in PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP or IGES, or give us a blueprint or sample. Your drawings are kept confidential.
Do you take job work on castings and forgings?
Yes. We machine CI castings and forgings as well as customer specific material to your drawing.
How are the parts inspected?
We use micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, a contracer and a vision measuring machine, with 3D CMM inspection through our outsourced partner. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified (IAF accredited), and PPAP documents are available on request. Read more about our quality process.
Can you supply outside India?
We are ready to supply precision machined components to customers outside India. Send your drawing with the material, quantity and delivery country.
